Woodland Plunges is based in Texas, and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

We sell cold plunge equipment including:

• Chillers

• Pumps

• Filters

• Grizzly Tubs

We offer White Glove Delivery and Setup for local customers.
For all others, customers must arrange pickup or shipping through services such as Uship.com.

• Standard Packages: No cancellation fee.

• Custom Packages: $100 cancellation fee applies.

• All Packages Within 24 Hours of Delivery: $100 cancellation fee.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of initial purchase for a full refund.

• The customer is responsible for returning the product in original condition and covering return shipping.

• Returns after 7 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

You agree to:

• Use the product only as intended and per instructions.

• Not use the unit outdoors without a proper cover.

• Avoid operation during freezing temperatures.

• Perform weekly cleaning of the pump filter and replace it every 3 months.

All website content—including logos, images, product manuals, and materials—are the property of Woodland Plunges and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Woodland Plunges is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Products. Buyer acknowledges and agrees to assume all risks associated with use of Products.

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Texas.
By purchasing, you agree to waive the right to file or join a class action lawsuit against Woodland Plunges.
