Woodland Plunges offers a limited parts-only warranty based on the package type:

• Packages 1 & 2: 6-month warranty

• Packages 3 & 4: 12-month warranty

Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for:

• Chillers

• Pumps

• Filters

• Plumbing components

• Grizzly Tubs

This warranty does not cover:

• Outdoor use without a cover

• Damage from freezing conditions

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications

• Failure to perform required maintenance

• Cosmetic damage

• Labor or transportation costs related to repairs

• Parts are covered within the warranty period.

• Labor is billed starting at $100, based on location.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping for all warranty claims.

To initiate a claim:

• Email info@woodlandplunges.com

• Include your name, proof of purchase, description of the issue, and photos/videos if available

We will respond promptly with troubleshooting steps and, if applicable, arrange part replacement or repairs.

• Product registration is not required for warranty coverage.

• We do not offer extended warranties at this time.
